Free for any student to join! Day and time to be announced.
Students will learn how to lift mainly using their own body weight, learn self-confidence and focus in order to plan and achieve various personal goals. The club covers the positive aspects of lifting correctly as a component of a fitness plan using proper weight and good form for individual levels.
Proper diet and recovery time will also be emphasized as part of this club. This is a fun, informative activity for students to gain some knowledge and improve their physical well being in pursuit of their goals.
Kennedy Track practice starts late March of each year.
Meets are one day a week starting in mid-April and run through the end of May.
All athletes need a current physical (within the last 2 years) and must pay a participation fee of $100. Scholarships toward this fee are available upon request.
There will be an information meeting for students concerning team rules and additional paperwork – date and time to come.
Our great tradition of wrestling will return this fall. More details will follow as they become available.
